This is my first ever blog post, so no hate please!
I am not Overweight.
I am not Obese.
According to my doctor, and my Wii Fit, I am Morbidly Obese. How does one become Morbidly obese at the age of 22? That is a good question that I wish I could answer for you, but I think the answer lies among fast food, free for all college cafeterias, high caloric coffee's, and SODA.
A couple of month's ago I was looking at some recent pictures taken of myself on Facebook, and then I saw the most horrific thing every: A picture of me from the side! In that picture I noticed how much my stomach protruded and how much junk I have in my SUV sized trunk. That was it, I told myself I had to change.
But, not only were my looks a concern, health comes into play. I am 22, I have a bad back, and bad knees. Too young for those kinds of problems. Then there are risk waiting for me down the line, Heart problems, Diabetes, etc.
So I have started a weight loss plan, I started it about six weeks ago, give or take. It has taken time, and I have only lost five pounds in that time. So I realize it will be a slow process.
My Diet Plan:

Beginning Weight: 273 lbs
Current Weight: 267.8 lbs
Goal Weight for 2012: 225 lbs
My daily caloric intake to maintain my weight: 2730
My daily caloric intake to lose 2 lbs a week: 1730
My daily exercise goal: burn 200 calories a day
My tools: Myfitnesspal.com iPhone app and website, RunKeeper iPhone app, my Wii Fit, and my Bike
